Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your wide-leg denim and streetwear; therefore, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all JNCO tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Los Angeles warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
